The item must be returned unused in its original condition with intact packaging together with all original accessory items. The original form of payment and invoice are required for the store to process your return.
Tobacco products and liquors cannot be exchanged.
For purchases made on board ships or cruises liners, exchanges will be issued only during the journey and directly at the store where the purchases were made.
